J2ME Logging Framework

A J2ME logging framework, created from the article "A Simple MIDP Logging Facility" written by Eric Giguere on 04/29/2002 and available in http://wireless.java.sun.com/midp/ttips/logging/. The project is a simple implementation of the source in the article.
